The iMtG app is a highly advanced and innovative toolbox and rules reference for Magic: the Gathering, available on the App Store. It has been a reliable resource since 2011, providing support for Pokemon TCG and Yu-Gi-Oh! since 2016.

The Life Counter tool is highly versatile, offering support for both portrait and landscape modes. With the ability to accommodate up to 24 players, it includes features such as Commander damage tracking and separate poison counters for 2-Headed Giant teams. Additionally, multiple iMtG Life Counters can be linked and synchronized over Bluetooth nearby networking.

The Deck Builder feature includes a sample play/fish tool, mana statistics, and the ability to export decks via email or share them on Facebook. Users can easily import their decks from other MTG deck builders that support the .dec file format through iTunes or Dropbox.

The Card Database is continually updated with pricing information and offers advanced collection management capabilities. Users can track how many cards they need, own, and want to trade for each card, which is automatically added to the appropriate report in the Main Menu. Keeping up with new expansions is effortless, with the ability to update the database through the Main Menu's Settings & Tools section.

With Magic Binders, users can create digital models of their physical binders, allowing them to access their collection data anytime, anywhere. It enables marking cards as foils, signed, setting condition and language versions, and making notes. Additionally, users can effortlessly share their collection's trading part as a private page on Gathering or email binders to friends or themselves with a CSV file attachment.

Gathering is a thriving MTG community forum governed by Ultimate Law and linked to Multiverse.

Multiverse is a geolocation feature that enables users to manually update their position on an Earth map. It should be noted that Multiverse does not continuously track user locations; instead, users set their base position and update it according to their preferences.

The Free Trade module includes a quick Price Check feature and a Trading tool that is integrated with the Needed and Trade Binder. Users can also adjust the settings to display prices in the local currency by multiplying them by a configurable factor. Additionally, the Trading tool includes Potential Trades, an automatic trade matching system for Gathering users.

While iMtG offers many features for free, additional functionalities can be unlocked through in-app purchases in the built-in Shop. These include offline cache for foil prices, a mass update tool, and background price fetching on card lists. Users can also unlock unlimited decks maintenance, a Clone function to test different versions of the same deck, in-app access to card rulings, unlimited scanning, unlimited binders, advanced trading functions, and card translations.
